As a top professional in the “Adventure Motorcycle Tour Industry”, Ricardo “41” has been the number one trail guide and controller of Go Baja Ridin Desert Adventure Tours for the last 10 years. Ricardo, his wife Shelly, and their 2 daughters age 8 & 3 make their home in beautiful Ensenada. As part of an extended family of riders and racers, Ricardo started into motorcycling at the age of 12!

Ricardo Lopez has been a 4 time Baja score race top competitor, along with years of desert race support and pre-run experience, you can be sure your adventure will come true with the experience and service of Go Baja Ridin Desert Adventure Tours’ top professional ride and guide. Ricardo is a very proud husband and father. Work can take him away for extended periods of time yet he has successfully completed his new custom view estate home for his family in just 3 years!

“I love my job!” he says. “I get to lead adventures in beautiful Baja, with fantastic stops like Ensenada and Cabo, surfing trips, or even racing in the Baja 1000 when we are off duty!” All the guys on our staff are over all winners/top finishers/and we work together to cut new desert trails. Sometimes we do a lay over camping trip or just ride, it’s like family.

Mike Noone

Hometown: Gunnison, Colorado
Occupation: Guide/Mechanic
Years Riding: 14

This “Expert Level Rider” is especially appreciated by the crew as well as the top level clients when the desert trail needs to be tough! Mike has a top-secret trail package to challenge even the pros! In addition to his trail experience, Noone “23” is in charge of the fleet of Go Baja Riding’s immaculately prepared Honda motorcycles. Unlike typical beat up rentals, Mike keeps up to date on all the latest products, planning and organization. Working efficiently in keeping the fleet in outstanding race condition.

  • Mike has a mechanics background, and has worked for various motorcycle shops.
  • Lead mechanic for factory-backed KTM amateur motocross team.
  • Multi-time score Baja 1000 series international race competition.
  • SRAC motocross series competitor/Enduro-Cross
  • Certified factory trained mechanic


Mike Noone is also heading up Go Baja Ridin Desert Adventure Tours “Stateside” ride and off-road training. This option takes place in the beautiful California desert and is now scheduling, 1, 2 and 3 day programs to cover all areas of motorcycle survival.
